Since then, <strong>AUTOMATIC FEEDER FOR DIE CUTTER<\/strong> became the reference for small and medium die-cutting productions, from 64&#215;88 to 150&#215;200 cm.<\/p><p>Thanks to the collaboration with the most important manufacturers of hand-fed platen die-cutting from Italy, Spain and Asia, over the years the machine has been produced in a large number of units for European, American and Middle-eastern market.<\/p><p>At the same time, has been developed the device for <a href=\"https:\/\/zenariengineering.com\/en\/hot-foil-stamping\/\"><strong>HOT FOIL STAMPING<\/strong><\/a> with two or three dragging groups to install on plane-cylinder machines and platen die-cutters; linking of <a href=\"https:\/\/zenariengineering.com\/en\/feeder-mlf-with-rear-exit\/\"><strong>AUTOMATIC FEEDER operator and this involves the interruption of the cycle of work through the timed working mode. <\/strong><strong>Hence the production is strictly connected to operator skills and to the complexity of job.<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>AUTOMATIC FEEDER FOR DIE CUTTER<\/strong> allows to automate introduction and extraction operations of the sheets from hand-fed platen die-cutting machines through proper arms composed of vacuum suctions cups which introduced each sheet on the movable plane and extract it once the die-cutting is done.<\/p><p>The operator will just have the task to introduce the cardboard high stacks into the <strong>AUTOMATIC FEEDER FOR DIE CUTTER<\/strong>, manually or using the <strong>PRELOADING TROLLEY <\/strong>and make startup adjustments.<\/p><p>Die-cut sheets will be expelled in bundles on the top side of the <strong>AUTOMATIC FEEDER FOR DIE CUTTER<\/strong> and either manually taken by the operator (<strong>REAR EXIT<\/strong> version) or automatically\u00a0 stacked and balanced on proper lift table (<strong>LATERAL EXIT<\/strong> version), significantly speeding up the operations of manual removal of waste and allowing an easy handling of die-cut stack.<\/p><p><strong>AUTOMATIC FEEDER FOR DIE CUTTER<\/strong> is couplable to all of the brands of hand-fed die cutting machines, from size 64&#215;88 to 150&#215;200 cm and allows to work material
