AUTOMATIC FEEDER FOR DIE CUTTER allows to automate introduction and extraction operations of the sheets from hand-fed platen die-cutting machines.
These operations are made by vacuum suctions cups mounted on introduction and extraction arms. Both the arms are adjustable in function of the sheet size to work.
Introduction of sheets into AUTOMATIC FEEDER FOR DIE CUTTER can be done manually or helped by proper PRELOADING TROLLEY which allows the operator to easily move the cardboard stack to die-cut on rollers. Heights of loading table is electronic controlled, to guarantee a constant introduction level of the sheets into the hand-fed die cutter.
The expulsion of die-cut bundles sheets, thanks to the LATERAL EXIT, is moved on the left or right side of the machine depending on customer’s needs and stack on proper lift table.
LATERAL EXIT device provides for stacking and balancing die cut sheets on the lift table positioned on the side of AUTOMATIC FEEDER FOR DIE CUTTER, allowing the obtaining of a straight stack of die cut sheets that can be easily cleaned of external waste.
